A sophisticated, high-end digital repository designed for a university lecturer and journalist. The platform serves as a professional hub to showcase academic courses, scholarly publications, and investigative journalism columns while bridging the gap between academic theory and public discourse.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to organize a diverse body of work—ranging from undergraduate media courses to international investigative journalism and photography—into a single, cohesive interface. The design needed to feel "scholarly" yet "cinematic" to reflect the client’s dual role as an educator and a documentarian.
Our Solution
We implemented a "Digital Repository" approach using a clean, professional color palette of deep forest green and ivory. Dynamic Sections: Created dedicated areas for "The Columns" (journalism) and "Academic Courses" to keep different audiences engaged. Scholarly Index: Developed a structured research index for peer-reviewed articles and monographs, ensuring easy access to citations and research papers .Visual Storytelling: Integrated a "Journalist’s Lens" gallery to highlight visual narratives from Türkiye and Europe.
